ÆppelTreow Winery in Burlington specializes in sparkling apple and pear champagnes, artisan draft hard ciders, table-style apple, pear and cider wines, apperitifs and dessert wines. Visitors can enjoy wine tasting while touring the champagne cellar and will find a friendly, relaxed rural environment. Cedar Creek Winery is located in historic Cedarburg. The limestone building was built in the 1860s as a woolen mill on the banks of the Cedar Creek. The mill houses numerous art, antique and specialty shops. The winery's stone cellars are ideally located for barrel aging traditional as well as a few non-traditional wines.
