Milk from this farm's rotationally-grazed Holstein herd is used exclusively to craft raw milk seasonal cheddars.  The flavor of each cheddar changes with the seasons. Otter Creek's flavored cheddar selections include award-winning pesto cheddar with basil-infused olive oil from a local artisan food company Renaissance Farms. The farm itself is at the corner of  Hwy 130 and County C (west of Taliesin) but is a drive-by site seeing place, not a tour-able facility.
