Take a peak of our area at https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=FWDljS5bvgo. This grand Victorian of the late 1880's sits on approximately 2 acres of land. It turned into a home so instantaneously and into an inn almost immediately. Our community were supportive and welcomed the business, and our guests began arriving soon after. Every year, for 9 years, the number of guests has increased, and there are definitely areas of income yet to be tapped into. Corporate guests, retreat groups, wedding events, cooking classes and much more. Pedal'rs Inn has received high evaluations on TripAdvisor from guests over the last 4 years. Being located on the 55 mile Glacial Drumlin State Trail pretty much brings guests right to the front door. With Wisconsin advocates pushing for more bike friendly services, activity on the trail is bound to steadily increase. The Village of Wales is going through a gentrification as vintage businesses are being refreshed and boutique ones are settling in well. Upon restoration of the house, all original plumbing and electrical were updated. All pvc and copper piping were installed. The house was completely rewired and panels updated.
