Arbor House, An Environmental Inn
Arbor House, An Environmental InnOn the national historic registry, together the 1853 Plough House and the sustainably designed Annex have eight well-appointed guest rooms. Fireplaces, whirlpools, balconies, a two-person bubble bath tub, king or queen beds, dry sauna, cable and high-speed wireless. Just over a mile from the football stadium, popular neighborhood shops and restaurants are within blocks from the inn. The Capitol is just under three miles and the UW campus and State Street within two. Each day guests enjoy a memorable breakfast with herbs and fruits from our gardens, wine and home-made appetizers, and an evening sweet treat by the hearth. Complimentary mountain biking and canoeing are also guest perks. Staff members are casual, but attentive and owners John and Cathie love to "eco-tain". As a historic and natural place to stay, we thrive on providing an unparalleled hospitality experience. Is is possible to be sophisticated, homey, luxurious and green? We think so. | |||||||||||||||||||
