Furnished to make this a home away from home. The amenities include two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, the other with a full size bed and just in case a twin sleeper chair in the living room. The knotty pine apartment has generous storage space. There is a nice sized living room, eat-in kitchen which is fully furnished and equipped for light meals. The main bath has a shower/tub combination. The downstairs half bath also houses the washer and dryer, and is very accessible for the use of the patio. The brick patio is among mature trees, and is barbeque-ready. Ride on the swing, sit by the fish pond, and follow the path through the pines of the park-like setting, all surrounding the 140-year-old Italianate Victorian house and coach house.
