Green Fountain Inn

The Green Fountain Inn has four bedrooms, all with private baths.  Three rooms have queen size beds and one has two twins.
The Inn has a restaurant kitchen, therefore we can host private dinner parties, host small weddings and receptions, showers, anniversary and birthday parties, plus murder mystery dinners.
The Secret Garden Cafe is located on the first floor and serves lunches from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Our menus vary from day to day using seasonal foods from local farmers when available.  All foods are prepared from scratch in our kitchens, including soups, artisan breads, grilled sandwiches and fabulous desserts.
Wedding and birthday cakes plus breads can be special ordered.  Our cakes are made with butter, no hydrogenated fats or oils, natural ingredients, flavorings and decorated with fresh flowers. The Cafe and Bakery phone is 715-258-0674.

Warm Up with Soup (and Grilled Cheese) 01/25/2012 Some might call it a classic combination – tomato soup and grilled cheese.  Of course, with it being Wisconsin, we always suggest making the sandwich using an artisan cheese.  Download the brochure of artisan cheese varieties and think about pairing two or three cheeses.  Then whip up this recipe for...
