Why Do Travelers B&B?

Granted, B&B isn't exactly a verb, but we like to think of it as one. As in, why do travelers B&B. A recent national research study from respected travel research firm YPartnership, called 2011 Portrait Of American Travelers TM, shed some light on that topic, with the top reasons (all of which scored higher than 50%) being: less crowded, quiet ambiance; like to try new things; better sense of the local culture; personalized service of the innkeeper; unique architecture; and the home-cooked food. So why do you like to B&B? In the fall, we'll venture to guess the food experience ranks high on your list.
