Back by popular demand! Exhibitors can choose 1, 2, or all 3 days for the Trade Show! Also dedicated vendor mart hours, Wednesday December 6th, 9am - 12pm, Lunch & Vendor Showcase, 12:15pm - 1:15 pm.

The Abbey Resort Meeting Spaces

  • An opportunity to meet, socialize, and network as you are invited to attend our entire 29th annual conference and activities, including our holiday evening reception on Monday, December 4th at The Abbey Resort, “The Waterfront” and Tuesday's evening banquet.  As we know, socializing and networking is an important part of business. 
  • Prime SE Wisconsin location (close to Illinois), an early December conference date (after the busy fall season), and our expanded invitation list to neighboring states is anticipated to make this our biggest conference yet!
  • Lunch included on Wednesday, December 6th
  • Use of the 24 hour business center
  • WBBA negotiated pricing of $101.02/night for guestroom OR $121.13 per night for one person or $141.50 per night for two people for guestroom and breakfast – Specify WBBA when reserving your room. The Abbey Resort, 1-800-709-1323. Room block closes on November 20th, 2017.
          *Inclusive of resort fees; subject to taxes
  • Spacious and well laid out conference/banquet space with coffee and snacks available to attendees in the Vender Mart area, giving vendors more exposure to our attendees.
  • Table, covering, skirting, 2 chairs, and wireless internet
          *Electricity is extra. Cost is $40 per booth and includes extension cord and power strip.
          *In-house company (PSAV) for any AV needs in booth
                    *additional fees apply, vendors make their own arrangements with PSAV
  • Complimentary parking
  • Fly into either John Mitchell International Airport (less than an hour away from the resort) or Chicago O'Hare Airport (less than 1.5 hours away from the resort).
  • Opportunity to provide sample products and/or promotional materials
  • Company inclusion on WBBA website and in conference program including website links
  • A complete list of conference attendees with full contact information
  • Ability to sell product and services during the conference –no commission/added costs
  • Payment accepted via check or credit card with completed registration. Simply send the check to the WBBA offices or call the WBBA offices for credit card processing (a 2.5% swipe fee will be applied at the time of processing):

Avani Spa Information

HOLIDAY GALA - This is a private evening reception on Monday, December 4th at The Abbey Resort - The Waterfront. Meet and greet your favorite innkeepers! This includes an appetizer buffet, entertainment, and holiday food pantry donations. Holiday festive attire suggested! Event begins at 7:00 pm.

GRAND BANQUET - Grand Banquet will be held Tuesday, December 5th at 6:00 pm. This includes dinner, speaker, silent auction, dessert auction, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Should a conflict arise, you may cancel your registration with full refund up to 10 business days prior to the conference or November 20th, 2017. After that date, refunds are not possible. You must put your cancellation in writing to the WBBA offices directly at info@wbba.org.

Want to participate, but unable to attend? Your product giveaway, product samples, information, coupons, giveaway product/basket, can be distributed at the registration table or in the trade show for a nominal $50 fee. Flyers/catalogs without a coupon/special or offer/innkeeper discount are not accepted. Simply hit "Register" and select "Non-participant - sending product". Send your product to arrive the week of November 1st, 2017 to the WBBA offices:

PAYMENT OPTIONS - Payment accepted with completed registration via check or credit card through the WBBA offices. Send a check to the address listed above or call us at 715-942-8180 for credit card processing (a 2.5% swipe fee will be applied at the time of processing).
