Our craft beers are produced in small batches, by experienced brewers, using only the highest quality ingredients. Our brewers view these beers as a painter would his "palette", through which they manipulate grain, hops, yeast, and brewing techniques. We also encourage our brewers to add a little of their own creative flair. We offer world class beers created by our award-winning brewmaster, Kevin Eichelberger and creative food....utilizing locally sourced fresh ingredients whenever possible!

(715) 677-3082 firstname.lastname@example.org
Brewing beer began as an offshoot of wine making. We became hooked on home brew since we brewed our first batch and found it was one of the best beers we had ever tasted. Our operation has moved from home-brewing in 5 or 6 gallon vats to our current 2 barrel system earlier this year. Kozy Yak has six beers available on a regular basis, with four flagship labels, one seasonal and one specialty. The brewpub features handmade pizzas and homemade German-style soft pretzels along with our large selection of micro-beers and wine.
