Cheese factory tours are $3 for adults and $1.50 for children under 12. Included are free cheese samples and mini ice cream cones from Purple Door Ice Cream. We recommend scheduling your visit for a weekday morning because that’s when we do our cheese making. And don’t forget, we make fresh cheese curds every Wednesday and Friday! As of June 1st, 2013, we do not have any cheese production on Mondays. Tours generally take half an hour and are offered between 10:30am and 4:30pm. Currently, we are not offering tours on Sunday. Retail Hours: Mon-Thurs: 10:00am-6:00pm; Sat-Fri: 10:00am-8:00pm; Sunday: Noon-4:00pm

Westphal Mansion Inn Bed and BreakfastThe original owner of the Westphal Mansion Inn Bed and Breakfast were Artisan Cheese Makers back in the early 1900's, in Hartford, Wisconsin. The Westphals won Blur Ribbons for their Award Winning Brick Cheese at the Wisconsin State Fair back in 1903-1910. They also built a Condensory, here in Hartford, Wisconsin. We are also a short trip to Widmer's Cheese Cellars (1922) in Theresa,WI. If you arrive early in the morning, you can experience the Art of Cheese Making and enjoy Fresh Cheese Curds!
